Click2.ai is an AI-powered platform designed to boost engagement across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook by generating tailored, authentic interactions that move beyond generic responses.

Its core users include Job Seekers, who use the tool to stand out to recruiters and land their dream roles; Recruiters, who leverage it to find and engage with top talent more effectively; Marketers, who enhance brand visibility and drive conversions; and Business Owners, who grow their audience and attract new customers.

Leading a team of four designers for this real client was a monumental responsibility, but I had the skills, vision, and mindset to guide the project to success. In the end, I not only strengthened the product’s user experience but also grew as a design leader, proving I could deliver clarity, impact, and confidence in a complex, high-stakes project.

How might I redesign the AI model workflow to be intuitive, focused, and scalable—so job seekers, recruiters, marketers and business owners feel confident navigating complexity, not buried in it?

Designed and developed new features

  • Challenge: Users struggled to quickly generate quality AI prompts and sample outputs, which slowed adoption.

  • Action: I led the end-to-end design and development of a Sample Text Generator, from conducting user research and prototyping to collaborating with engineers on implementation.

  • Impact: I improved the onboarding flow and reduced user time-to-first-success by 35%, which increased early engagement and boosted trial-to-paid conversion.

Enhanced existing features

  • Challenge: The original Predesigned Character Cards were visually inconsistent and hard to navigate, leading to user confusion.

  • Action: I directed the UI/UX redesign of Character Cards, creating standardized layouts, a clearer visual hierarchy, and improved accessibility features.

  • Impact: I increased feature adoption by 40% and improved usability scores in testing from 3.2 to 4.6/5.

Unified UI designs

  • Challenge: Inconsistent UI components slowed handoff and caused rework.

  • Action: I established a Figma component library grounded in Apple HIG, defined tokens (type, spacing, color), and documented usage patterns.

  • Impact: I accelerated engineering integration and reduced design-dev churn, improving delivery speed by ~30%.

Conducted user experience research

  • Challenge: Multi-modal workflow was cluttered and hard to navigate, leaving job seekers, recruiters, marketers, and business owners unsure how to complete key tasks.

  • Action: I ran heuristic evaluations to flag issues, then combined diary studies and usability testing to validate a redesigned prompt → compare flow with clearer hierarchy.

  • Impact: Users navigated with greater confidence, onboarding friction dropped, and participants reported Click2.ai better supported their goals—from landing jobs to sourcing talent and growing customer reach.
